Traveling to officer today in wet windy conditions, the only team we have beaten this year confidence was up. Start against the wind and mange to score 1 goal and keep them to 3 goals.
Great team effort knowing it was at least a 5 goal breeze. 2nd quarter bucketed down with rain scored 2 goals to there 1… 3rd quarter was an arm wrestle neither team scored.
Last quarter spent the whole quarter in our forward line but couldn’t find clean ball and a goal was scored with 25 sec left and being one point down unfortunately time got the better of us and lost by 1 point.. great team effort…

Best for the day was: Kyran, Zac, Blayden, Taylor, Jayden and Jordan with 4 goals.

Officer 4.3.27
Cora Lynn 4.2.26

Goals: Jordan Pesendorfer 4

Under 14’s

Coach – James Perkins

Assistant Coach – Kent Edwards (Dids)

Today the Under 14s played Beaconsfield at Carlisle Park, The tough conditions made today’s game a scrappy contested affair with both sides struggling to move the ball forward due to the high winds. With only one goal scored between both teams leading into the last quarter, we still had the belief that we could run over the top of Beaconsfield, Unfortunately we conceded an early goal and with the rain starting to also become a factor we fell short by 16 points, All 22 boys gave their all in trying conditions we just came up a against a better team on the day. Congratulations to Noah Parraga on playing his 100th game today a well deserved accolade.

Beaconsfield 3.1.19

Cora Lynn 0.3.3
